Goodbye Whore!

I don’t know about everyone else, but changes tend to occur suddenly in my life. They never surprised me since these changes usually resulted from festering issues which is how all my relationships ended.  

On a typical Thursday, I left the gym and headed home, dreading the bitching of the girlfriend who now bore the title “Whore.” This particular day, nothing seemed out of the ordinary, but entering the apartment revealed her waiting, fuming, and staring at the silent-playing television in the living room. “When are you going to get a job?”
