A while back I read an article about a woman who had a stillborn baby. I wrote a poem about it.

And just this morning I read a rightwing anti-choice diatribe about not voting for Biden b/c he has changed his position on abortion rights.

The two articles reminded me of one another. And of a few other things.

Back to the woman who had the stillborn baby: in my opinion, such heartbreak, the pain of such an experience, makes whatever she does next acceptable — maybe not the choice I would make but at least understandable.
