In the US, Christianity dominates society, and the evidence of this domination exists all around in law and institutions which, not so long ago, provided only Christian’s the benefits of national holidays, like Christmas and Easter. Small town America often has multiple churches for small populations, but even cities abound with churches, old and new. Americans live within a Christian paradigm which provides a moral framework determining thought and actions. No American can honestly say they are detached or outside this influence since Christianity dominates the culture. Even the most militant atheist must concede Christianity embeds in thinking through values and customs if by no other method than being forced to abide. We deduce and infer all things through the Christian cultural filter. We assume values, like the Christian work ethic, have merit because society told us so. We see contradictions such as Christian charity preached while welfare finds arguments. Christians teach humbleness while exalting billionaires whose fortunes broke the backs of the poor and middle class. Much like Kuhn’s paradigm, we stand in the crisis, awaiting the paradigm shift with Christianity no longer able to answer these contradictions, and from this vantage, we foresee the Christian Revolution.1
